This happened to me too 2 weeks ago. I thought I had a problem with my internet connection, but it seems there was a problem with the game... I just kept refreshing the web page for about 10 minutes and the match finally started and I was able to watch it. If it happens again, just wait and the match will probably start within a few minutes.
