Only reason i ask is that i usually get around 9 for a win, 6 for a draw, and 4 for a loss. I won 8-1 today in the league and i was awarded just 3? - This seems low to me. How do the work in terms of quantity awarded?

the points depend on where the bar is up to .. if it's near the top you get the points next session . and some of your players train better , but will not gain so much as they get older
Fast trainers gaine more that slow trainer or older players.
The condition that they spend on the game is converted in SK, like as in training.
And If you have MOM he gaine a extra SP.
