I see I can switch 85 tokens into 12 MILLION
I will be level 4 next season
Will my 85 tokens be worth more?
ie should I wait until next season before converting to cash.
In level 2 I only got 6 million for the 85 tokens I had acrued through the video worship!

from level 3 you can buy free player (don't spend more than 1-2 token) and resell them to gain more money than exchange TK to cash. Don't exchange if you don't really needs. next season you have more money, i don't remember exactly but 18m at least
I'm level 7 Clive 85 tokens would give me 56 million so I guess it goes up every level but I have never exchanged tokens for money !

Yes but if I can run videos while at work & amass 85T easily I might as well take the early season cash bonus!
buy free player is more effective than convert direct. specially, now you can buy a 3* Q24 and resell them to the level 1 manager to gain cash.
some note:
1. avoid bidding war : choose old player(30+), no ability
2. no more than 2 tk for a player -----> player price must be greater than the value $ of 2tk
