I don't really like it. The purpose of game is to conquer all things. If maximum cash is 2,15B, it's not fair. The game does not pay money if we sell player, but our money was deducted when we buy new player (sometimes we have more bid war on the market, so we spend much more money). So I think it's a problem.

I take it you don't know about how programming works. What killerbee says is 100% correct... There is a very specific reason that there is a maximum cap on cash. There would be far more problems with the game if there was not a cap on cash... You can't please them all.
