2 match suspension!!!!!

Hey guys,
My DC Camacho got a red card today in the league match, a straight red, and has been suspended for TWO matches!!!! I was not watching so don't know the reason why he got the card. So, any guesses. I thought the players in this game get suspended for 1 match max. What must he have done to get this 2 match ban???? Did he spit on someone or something. He got it in 18th min and there was no opponent player injured at that point. Has anyone else faced this??? What has been the longest time period for which any of your player been suspended?????

EDIT: I am fine with the suspension,just wanted to know why TWO matches. So,don't get me wrong. :-)

I don't get direct red cards often enough to say with certainty, but I think any direct red card will lead to 2 suspended matches while a red card from 2 yellow cards (over multiple games) will lead to 1 suspended match.

My DC got red card for penalti and spit, and got 2 games suspension.
You probably had the same situation.
In real game nobody spits one another so many times, only for the grass.:D

Not always as I have had straight reds be4, had one last season to my ST, and they were of only 1 match. So have the reds for two yellows been, only for 1 match. And obviously, the suspension for yellow card limit is just one match. This is the first time I have received 2 match ban so was curious.

Nice one!!!!!!!!!! What about tying opponent players shoe laces together be4 the start of the match. Player out for 3 days becoz he broke his Bose by tripping off his shoe laces. LOLs

No nothing like that. As I said above, even straight reds I got so far were only 1 match bans. This is the first time I have got 2 match ban.

Yeah, what's wrong with that? Straight red cards for spitting or taking down the player being the last man... Worthy of a 2 match ban. But 2 mistimed tackles = 1 match ban. Fine with me.

Guess u misunderstood me. I am fine with that, was just curious why the 2 match ban. Do he actually spit or did something else as I was not able to watch the match so didn't know what actually happened. All I know is he did not injure any one as the timeline showed no injury for oppont at the time of the sending off.

I agree with dv8r on this one seems ok to me , but I'm guessing Saransh is making the point that no rules on match suspensions are listed anywhere Right ?? lol another one for Cracicot here lol

No Phil, u guys r getting me all wrong here. As I said, I am fine with it but was curious why 2 matches as it has not happened be4. I made the thread for u all to guess the stupid thing my player did. I won't complain as IRL players r suspended for much longer timings so it is the reality. I guess this makes it clear.

Was he already carrying a yellow? and then did a direct send off offense, like spitting, maybe.. and it probably wouldn't have happened if you watched, odds are. Maybe he talked back to the ref... :D

i`v always had 2 game ban for straight red whether it`s a foul, handball or spitting and 1 game ban for two yellow`s but what i`v also noticed is if my player had a yellow then get`s straight red, when is ban is over he still has that yellow card

No.... He did not have any yellow this season, this was his first card. I barely read any commentary telling that he committed a foul. He has the best tackling in my defence.
Do players actually talk back to refs as well in this game??? Never seen that.

As long as I've been playing, it has always been a 2 match ban for a straight red card, and a one match ban for two yellows (whether in same match or accumulated).

Then maybe it was a bug in my favour or luck that whenever I got a staight red card be4, it was only a 1 match ban....
