Low condition in Extra Time

So the last 2 seasons I have been knocked out of the champs league due to low condition when entering extra time so my question is how to overcome this? at the start of the match condition was full but as soon as you enter extra time it is in the yellow and since you can only make 3 subs there is not much you can do when all your 11 men are affected and is it the same for the oppo? Some might say I should have got the job done before entering extra time but there you go.

Hard decision I waited to make subs for extra time about 2 seasons ago , my oppo changed all 3 about the hour mark . and yes guess what he got the 89 min winner. Thought at the time was doing the right thing ??? who knows what the right thing is ?? except maybe the game engine lol

Thanks Phil, Well in lasts nights game I made 1 on the hour too, and the oppo was not watching so he made zero and I made my other 2 in extra time when I noticed they were pretty much on top!

Happen to me in the final of the cup 2 seasons ago, we whent to penalties, and everyone was almost in the red.
But since the game was very balanced i only made one sub and my opponent none, because you Never know If you are changing for worst.
I guess that midfield and ST are the places to change, for logical reasons.
