counter attack and offside trap

When i shall on/off counter attack and offside trap.under what condition?tqvm

Counter attack works best with defensive/normal mentality pressing own half... offside trap works best pressing the whole pitch, attacking mentality, and your defenders need to be faster than opponent's strikers

Don't play offside trap if the opponent has an AM player
