Transfer market

Why is the transfer market so bad. I am trying to get some new members to my team but all I can see is 3 star player on the market. I have been refreshing the market page for a while now but no good players come up. In the start of the season I saw some 5 star players and heaps of 4 star ones, but cant see any of them anymore. How can I improve my squad when there is not anything to buy

Maybe because you are the at the highest level on your server and thats why, there are not so many managers who are selling their players.
