Hola que tal, espero que me entiendan.. Tengo una duda, para conseguir jugadores nivel "ojeador" si o si tengo que pagar X cantidad K o M mas tokens para comprarlo o se puede hacer de otra manera? Muchas gracias!

If I understand your question correctly, yes, you have to pay the 50 tokens PLUS the monetary amount.

You can't 'buy' players higher than scout level. You have to train them up. That usually requires purchasing tokens and power training.
