Hummm...Yeah FC is pretty happy with his squad. i have always been an advocate of small but very fexible squad. Im in level four, each season, I ve a maximum of 18players and compete in every competition and won more than my own fair share of trophies. Currently my team is rated 39 with an average age of 24yrs.

My strategy is always to keep the best 14-15players; sell off 3-4players and replace then with young players every season. I buy only 1 scout player every season to fill my weakest position and strenghtens the team on need basis. Sometimes I power train my 18 &19yrs to next star level and sell them when in need of cash. For me, managing a team in top11 is a mini reflection of my understanding of business which is my background.
