Advice please - re: Player negotiations

Hi all, I'm one of those players that doesn't clutter up my squad with reserve players etc and always reject offers from fellow managers as I want the players I currently have but have received an offer for one of my sub Strikers. He's 19 not been the best signing I have made but the offer is for 80.8m and 2 tokens.

My question is this, How many tokens would I receive if I accept this offer as when I have bid for a teams player it has a set amount of tokens required to log a bid plus extra if you increase the offer?
