I won't buy scouts now, until the league set ups are announced. Three seasons back, I bought 2 scouts on Day 1, to strengthen my squad. Then on day 3, I found that I had been placed in a league 1 level higher than I should have been. To make up for the difference, my scout list was revised and had all 7* players in it.
