What is the highest level?

What is the highest level you can go to? Im 21 is there a 22?

Yes theres a Level 22.

Currently the highest level is 36 which would be someone starting Top Eleven from the beginning and winning promotion every season, The highest League Level is rumoured to be around Level 25, where "star" qualities stop decreasing.

Cheers. I havent seen anyone over 21 in cups etc. Well im not buying any players then.
