What is the highest level/league on the game??

The highest level of any of my friends is 20 but I'd imagine there's higher than that. As far as the top levels are concerned I'm assuming most people in there have either been playing since the early days of the game or have spent thousands on tokens to get them there. Some maybe even both?

My League is 33 and the biggest Level team playing is 46. I dont know about other servers.

There is no skipping levels with tokens.

Who said anything about skipping?

I mean that those with loads of tokens will invariably by the best players and facilities, thus making their team capable of promotion every season.
