in fact, if you change formation to be the same as the other, you have about 30% losing or draw in my own exps. do friendly matches is ok for testing but NEVER do it with your main account, i have bad exp in doing same thing.

I won matches against 3 °, 4 ° and I did match draw with the weakest

don't keep 5 rating player in starting 11. play friendly match to keep their form at least 6 7 8, if he can't improve, bench them (DMC and GK may have 6-7 but not 4 5)

Est ce que le moral et la condition sont à fond avant tes match ? Desfois on oublie de vérifier le moral .
