Why I can't find MR/ML in auction?

My server does not have any good MR/ML in it. And the scout list has very old players like from 26 to 29 (no young scouts either). Or young scouts in positions I do not need.

As I have mentioned in earlier post, we need to set a filter for our scout to bring in young players, with or without special ability, and we should define the roles we are looking for; not random scouting.

I should be able to set the player's nationality*, age range even if it is 18, position and with/without special ability.

The scout will look for the player and provide me with a shortlist of delegates for the role(s) I am looking for.

Please post positive criticism.

*A striker from south America in most cases will be good dribbler.

I wind up training wingers from fast young MCs because they are so hard to come by.

I'm not sure a players nationality counts for anything in this game as it can be changed for a couple of tokens along with the players name.

I think it is just for fun the nationalities.
