If he is your friend on facebook then why don't you message him about it?
If he continues to mess around with you then he isn't your friend.

Yes there is a way to delete him from top eleven,not from facebook

Unfortunately there is no other way than to un-friend them in FB if he doesn't stop being jerky, the assumption being that you can send a message to him to stop.
The asymmetrical friendlies are still under testing, but when that rolls out to all players, then you can re-friend him
