I only noticed this guy's team because he bought one of my players. He is apparently playing the following formation

His player quality is average. One 5-star player and three 4-star players, the rest mostly 3-star with a few lower.

He is absolutely crushing his league. 9-0-0 with 43 goals scored and 4 goals allowed. Has anyone tried this formation?
