Newbie Question

Hello fellow managers, I'm new around here, and today I tried to post something on a thread. After pressing the post button, A message appeared saying "Your post will be checked by a moderator". So how long does it take for my post to appear? And does this happen everytime I try to post?

I would be grateful if someone could answer this. Thank You!

Ok, there is an automatic filter that sometimes catches legitimate posts. We periodically check and "approve" any that have been caught and release them. Usually words like "cheat" and "hack" and just number alone in the title can be enough.

This happened to me twice today. And they still havent been approved up until now. I dont think there was anything wrong with my posts either.
Edit:Ah problem fixed. I can now reply, thanks for helping :-)
