What do you mean by inactive?

Is it when someone doesn't bother playing for a season and comes back a month later? Or is it when someone makes a few transfers at the start of the season and leaves their account on auto-pilot for the remainder of the season? Because "inactivity" is such a general word to use and shouldn't be thrown around lightly.

I believe the 70 day wait is there for people who don't want to play for a season or two and then decide to come back without their team getting deleted. If there was a way to delete your team then it wouldn't be a problem
