Well, I train all the time... but. You want to avoid over training, unless you are willing to buck up the red bags. If I am being cautious I don't go much below 80%.. One thing I do is avoid using stretching other than to even out their condition.
On the guys that are fast trainers it is worth giving a green booster, if you have extra, to give them the extra training.
Expressed above is my own opinion. ☻ Your results may vary.
