Have a question, on the negotiation list we can make an offer for a player by the number of tokens that they have there...my question is: is that value of token set by the game or by the manager of that player? Is the negotiation list like a "transfer list" , where managers who wants to transfer their players sets them on or is just an random list made by the game?!?! Cause all i see are players from managers higher then level 5, lower one was level 6, is it possible to put our players on negotiation list since a certain level? tks
