I complained to T11 and i got 320 tokens....120 medical packs...and 7 scout players

i once complained due to delay in receiving the tokens i purchased. i asked for token compensation. nordeus customer service replied that they don't do compensation. i should ask the vendor for compensation instead. hehe....
