    make an offer, problem !

    Hello everyone,

    I want to make an offer to a player of my friends the problem is that the box "make an offer" is blocked, I'm level 5, my friends it's level 6 , no negotiation is possible ?

    you can only buy 5* player and only in the same server (can see matches fixes each others).
    Palaiseau FC in Sever 46
    season 28, level 28

    competition Played 1st 2nd top4 last win current season(*)
    League 28 19 6 2 season 27 .....
    Champions league 26 7 1 6 season 25 ........
    Cup 26 2 2 3 season 7 .......

    you can negotinal player from 3-5*(Q35-Q44) the same as in tranfer market, you can buy if you 2 are friends in the same sever. lower level is ok but be sure that his team is at least level 4

    It is not possible to change servers. Also you can buy from any level team as long as the player you want to buy is not out of your quality allowance (5stars) like players on the transfer market. Also you will not be able to but certain players if there manager has chose to
    'reject all offers'.
