Should i sell him? (at the end of the season)

Usualy, i never keep players after 30 from one season to the next.
Due to retirement, but with this one... I dont know...
He has great ratings vs strong opponents.
Next season i will be level 4, and he will be 3 stars.

Should i keep him?
