Why doesn't the player value increase?

I´m at level 15. I´ve powertrained a couple of players. Every time that I have assigned skill points the players value have increased.

One player has reached 8 stars, and he´s worth 104M. I have continued to powertrain him and today I assigned 30 skill points and his value is still 104M.

So I wounder why doesn´t his value increase by assigning 30 skill points? Is 104M the maximum value for a player? Is 104M the maximum value for level 15, or for all levels?

I believe once you get past 104M the value stops increasing as fast as it did before.
