If I sign up for some 30+ years old player and it says he is mine for 3 seasons, is it possible that he needs retirement in those 3 seasons time?

PS. Which year is oldest for some player to achive?

If you transfer free players, the max age you should buy is 31. from 32 they will retire once you sign them.
If you transfer from other player, the max age is 34, if he is on sale, ring that season, will not retire.
But from 32 to 34, expect them to annaunce retirement at the beggining of the next season.
The max age is 34, have never seen any older players.

he`s your`s till 34 at 33 will say he`s retiring at end of season if you try and renew contract

Depending on the player, have players 32 and have players 33 year old.

But there is no chance that, lets say, in age 32 says I have him for 3 seasons and than in age 33 it says he will retire at the on of the season?

I believe they do no retire until their contract has expired, if that is what you are trying to ascertain? I honestly am not 100 percent sure of this because I do not have many old guys, but I have never had one annouce retiring before contract end. Any one else with more experience than a few guys?

yes, it's possible if he lacks match playing.
as said above, 34 years old.
