Few questions on building levels, hope the players on higher levels can answer..

ok so I'm on level 2 and have been building gradually but have the following questions on building levels and benefits...


Let start...

1 - Grass Upgrades - Highest level I can see is "Water Drainage" is this the final build level?
2 - Medical - highest level I can see is "Clinic" is this the final build level and at what rate (days) are Red Packs produced?
3 - Training Ground - Highest level I can see is "Large ground" final build level and what rate are Green Packs produced?
4 - Youth Academy - Highest level I can see "Youth Academy" is this the final build level and at what rate U21 players produced?

One more question on U21 Academy and the one I'm most intrigued about --- as I progress to the higher league levels will the players generated always be 3star for the free U21 and 4star for the Token U21?
