From my experience this season:
4-1-2-1-2 ND can be beaten by 3-5-2 V-style
4-3W-1-2 can be beaten by 4-1-4-1, and this worked for me very good in CL.
The other formation i haven't played against so i don't know.
But from 3-5-2 V to 4-1-4-1, is 1 small step:
If you have [AMR][MR] & [AML][ML] & one DC who is also DL or DR.
You move your DC(who is also a wingback) to the side, and substitute a ST for the other wingback.
By doing this you have changed the 3-5-2 V to a 4-5-1 V, now move [AMR][MR] & [AML][ML], to the MR & ML pos, and you have 4-1-4-1.
Good luck to you.
