player`s condition

As we all know every 3 hrs player`s goes up 5% every 3 hrs, so after my game yesterday i trained players so when 1am came they would 98/99% fit but after maintenance they were only 85% fit how is possible ???? can`t be a friendly they are supposed to have fixed this for everyone

I am suspecting the same issue, its looks to me like they are missing 1 or 2 of 3h sessions.
