When is the serve restart time in central time (UTC -6:00) pls??
I can't find any player generated by NGE...and my market sucks, only 3 Q29 players right now.

Im on Pacific time, I see them a couple hours after restart.. so your time would be around 10 when they start to happen, but it can vary depending on how old your server is. The better ones tend to happen later, nearer midnight your time, so be prepared to drink some caffeine... :D
