i play the classic 4-4-2 ... havent lost a league game yet into my 3rd season (37-3-0...... although the quality in my leagues werent great !!

My favorite is
4-1-2-2-1

Using 4-5-1V most of the time, or 4-5-1 with one DMC and ML/MR,my best players fit in 4-4-1-1 formation.
