How to get game save back after inactivity

Hi,
I used to play top eleven a while ago and got to level 3 season 3 but then i stopped playing it for a long time. I had been inactive for at least 4-5 months. I recently started playing again and it treated me like a new user. Why? I lost my tokens and everything! Is it possible to get this save back or not.
