The difference between this league and the 35T league is that players are capped on quality rather than having to work on a 35T budget while with players quality you can clearly tell by the additional stars.
It's mainly based on the old "Forum League 2013" which failed because we didn't get the rules correct for that league and many players could do what they wanted.

thats what i was hoping for too, a levelled playing field
keeping things going for as long as possible, sounds hard for me. why not make it like a competition that lasts 3/5 months, then a months break so we can get multiple competitions in a year
