Direct transfer problem

Can anybody plz let me know why I don't have direct transfer . I am already in lvl 4. Plz.

your player needs to be 1 skill point from next star so at your level he needs to be 5 star and 1 skill away from 6 star (scout) and as you move up level you can have 4 star and 1 skill from 5 star so the higher you get you can do this for 3 star players too as the lower levels will see them as 5 star and 1 skill from 6 star, now once they are this 1 skill away they will auto go on neg list and you will not be able see just need to wait for bid

edit; if your looking to buy go to transfer list and at the top is neg list with the hand shake click on that

I din't see any hand shake click on any player. I check all players when I try to buy them.
Also, I din't get any message of direct transfer when I was promoted to lvl4. We'll, other my fren told me that they got message when there were promoted to lvl 4. Plz help

you need to go to auction transfer market then at the top you should see the neg with hand shake there, if you have a player that is one skill away from scout then it`s just waiting to see if someone does bid and if/when someone makes an offer you will see on squad list beside the player just click on that and it will show over

When promoted to League 4 there should be a list of players then available for Negotiations next to Auctions in Transfers, as well you can bid on players 3-5* of any of the managers on your server that you can see.

Maybe you missed the pop-up message?

Are you on the portable version? negotiations only work properly on the desktop version.

Are u on PC or hand held device.
Negotiations are only on PC.

Really sucks how there are no Negotians on the Android App. :(
