    Opinion with 1 player training

Yesterday I bought 5 star player, few points from Scout. I don`t have so much experience in training, i`m only Level2, so that i want your opinion, because i think is so young and so expensive, but seems to improve so slowly. Is this player, Michailidis, slow training?
Screenshot from stretching with normal intensity:

And this is from last match, in wich he scores 4 goals:

Considering his age, my plan was to keep him at least 2-3 seasons, but if is not a good improver, i don`t know what to say.
It`s normal gainer, or slow training? Is 1 SP from Scout, should I sell him now and try buying another U21 or should I keep him?

If it`s nothing to say, i conclude it`s not really bad, so I think keeping is the solution now...

    facts:
    - younger players improves faster.
    - players gets more improving points from games than from training.
    - after the age of 27 the improvements from games and training are going down drastically.
    - it's a bit risky to train players hard. of course normal intensity will give you less improving results, but the player's chance of injury will be greater in hard training.
