I am in Level 1,season 1 with avg quality 22. My formation is 3DC-3MC-1AMC-3ST and playing with attacking mentality and offside tracking. DCs are blue and rest Blue. Then why am I losing to the teams half of my quality ?

I keep them traning but make sure they are 95-99% fit for the match
