Hi,
I have a problem that repeats many times.
Even when I play against much weaker teams than mine, I'm always behind in ball control , the game starts in 20-80 to my opposite and that remains no matter the changes I do and so on.
Is there any thing I'm missing?

You are playing an illegal formation. Post a picture of your formation so we can help.
You need to play with 3 defenders / 1 player on each side and 2 mc and 1 striker to don't have problem with possesion. Yes, you can use 1 mc too but you need support from aml/amc/amr or dml/dmc/dmr.
Better post a picture like dv8r said.
You need to play with one player on each flank. Play with ML and MR

Good luck. Possession also related with short passing.
Adding to dv8r's post, it doesn't have to be an MR, you can keep your ML and play a player somewhere else on the right, anywhere from DR to AMR.
@Cyanide, why would you not play with 3 defenders? That's really all you need, with some support from DMs.
