    Changing position

I have a friend who have an important game against a strong 3(DC)-2(DML/R)-3(MC)-2. Against 3232 its recommended to play with classic 4-4-2, the problem is that he have a too weak DC/R. In some conditions its says that we can change position with 1 zone aka MR to AMR or DMR, even to a MC, etc and my questions is about that: with what you recommend him to play, with a 3 star(14 quality) DC/R, or to withdraw a 5 star (22 quality) DMC/R to a DC/R position...
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my bad english...

Most people will tell you NOT to play a player out of position.

My top player in scoring and assists is an attacking oriented MC that I play consistently at AMC (form 7-6-8-7-8, 9-8-7-7, 7-7-8-9-6) He does seem to occasionally suffer from poor morale, which may or may not be related to playing out of position. Draw your own conclusions.

DMR with blue arrows may do the trick as well.
