unfairness in matches!

I am getting more and more frustrated with this game! I spend my hard earned money for tokens to have the best team that I can otherwise I get knocked out the cup in the first round. I now this makes no difference as it's all relative but it is extremely unfair when every time I play teams lower rated than myself and I match formations and I still lose and struggle to get any shots on target! I know how to play, I know what formations are illegal. I am talking 4-4-2 vs 4-4-2! this really is unfair, and I won't be spending another penny nor will any of my friends, who are having the same problem. this is getting really silly now.
