What happens when you go minus with money?

As I am such a great manager I have never been below minus and that is why I was wondering What happens when you go minus with money? as I have been in a lot of bidding wars and for example: the player I am bidding for is valued at 100million and people who are bidding only have 80 or 90m and then they sign the player and go minus but a few minutes later they are bidding for more players while they have no money. This shouldn't be allowed!

I beleive that if you go below minus and nothing is done about it for 5 days the player should be given a notice every day and should be deducted tokens each day. (a bit harsh but should be done)
