Downtime??? If u mean the game server down time, it can last a few minutes but sometimes even hours......
Cat???? Ya we have "Cat" on the forums..... Cat are u reading this LOLs:p Ya I belive u mean Chat.... In game chat is rather impossible for Nordeus to make as they are too lazy... So don't expect it by 2050:D End of story
People have been asking for Spanish and French forums but no sights of it coming yet.....:)
