How to score in penalty kicks

Hello everyone. My team isn't very good when penalty comes. Does anyone know the skills required for a successful penalty?

Shooting? Finishing? Or mental? Thank a lot for your help~~.

Yes and for god's sake never put Penalty Specialist to take ur penalties, ironically THEY miss the MOST!!!! Usually best shooting stats. I have my ST Crofts who has been taking penalties since last season... although there are 3-4 others in my team with better shooting stats I still have Crofts at 1st position to take penalties as he has taken about 9-10 and has NEVER missed a single one

I have a boy who has PLAYMAKER special talent but he also miss half of all pentalies he takes. Therefore I decide to put a striker with best shooting and finishing skill, he has scored 4 out of 5^^.

i used my keeper one season and he never missed scoring 9 pens

I think both finishing and shooting matter on PKs, but I do have some players with the SA and they do ok, too.

Yeah that's the way to go...Put your players having the best attack stats as your top priority for penalties...Apart from that keep an eye which player of your is not missing the penalties and always use him as you first priority...
