I've been in the new transfer market from around the start now i think.
At first i was dead set against it, but the last two seasons it made it possible for me to build really great squads (mostly i buy around 12 new players from the transfer market at the first two days giving me a 5.5 star team average very fast). There is a mechanic behind the transfer market system on my server, especially at the first half of the season. Five star players are being offered in a certain time frame (around 20 minutes each hour). During that time frame you can a. buy 5 star players (always maximum five at a time visible for you) and b. you can sell your 4 star players and less to people at lower levels. Outside that time frame your lower level players you're trying to sell are being offered to the same level of your own (and thus can't/won't be sold). After a certain day in the season the 5 star players are visible again outside that timeframe.
So yes: selling players is more a bit of a hassle (15 times and more offering of the same player of the market isn't special) because they have to become visible on the market on the right time;but buying players of high quality is more easy (less competition of other players who don't understand the system).
So what i'm concerned: keep the new system. It's good (although with certain annoying flaws) as it is.
P.S. I'm not a token or scout buyer, i buy everything from the transfermarket. My average token spending a season: around 30 tokens.

Ouch that hurts, never been called a troll before :( ... i'm level 20 ... and yes ... it isn't that hard on my server to get a player for one token, certainly not with the new transfer market system. And if there is someone bidding along for a player i usually don't go higher then bidding two rounds. No player is worth more then two tokens.Quote:

I'm on the old transfer market and loving it.
I suppose for those on the new one its just a case of sucking it up and getting on with it. You are hardly at a disadvantage because everyone else on your server who you will be playing against will have the same type of market.
It would only be unfair if you were in a league with others who had access to the full market. If you are a good manager you will be able to rise to any challenge thrown at your team and over come it.
And a 85 page thread campaigning and crying over it? Its a game - maybe a bit of perspective is needed?
i have met teams that are on old market and i know this because they had a load ( 85% of squad) of 18 and 19 yr old 5 star players and the only way of getting so many 18 yr old is being on old market with new market be lucky to one 18 yr old a seasonQuote:

It's not just how many, you are possibly at the top of your server, where your wife's team has people above, sounds like old style market.
The new one the window of time they are up for sale is a lot shorter than old market.

to get tokens on level 4 for your player`s they need to be 5 star and 1 skill away from next star ( scout ) and only level 4 can bid, as you go up level`s you can do this this with 4 and 3 star e,g 4 star 1 skill away from 5 star and level can bidQuote:
