how is possible CF after 1V1, to give pass to the CB

After changing 3formations and all the settings on each one my CF after 1V1 to give pass to CB?
My formations was 4-3-2-1(1AMR,1AML,1CF),4-2-3-1(1AMR,1AML,1AMC)and 4-1-2-2-1(V with DMC) and over 20times(scoring or not)in last 10 games my CF gives pass to CB on 1V1.I got blue arrows on both CB and not,presure on half AND all,Counterattacks and no,man2 man and zone.....
i had the same problem last year with my other1 CF.Cant be something wrong from me and my settings.
PLZ if some1 had the same problem and found a solution give me a reply

Well if your centre half is scoring the goals then does it matter? I have one of my defenders recently recieve a pass from one of my attacking players to score a few of my goals recently, now and again it happens in real life where defenders sometimes get forward to support attacks, Thomas Vermaelen has been getting forward in some attacks when playing for Arsenal.

it cant be done so many times after posting this i got a friendly match with a low lvl friend and in my 1st goal my ****ing retard CB scored after my CF's pass
CANT BE SO MANY TIMES,i dont have problem even for once in a match BUT NOT 3 TIMES IN CL FINAL and every ****ing match.

If you are scoring goals, does it matter who scores it? If I was a manager of a real life football club, I would be delighted that one of my CBs made a run from his own area to score a goal on the counter attack.

Why do you have a problem with it anyway? As long as you're scoring, why does it matter who scores the goals?
