Where do the young players come from?

I only played 1 season and i lost 2 players due to age but did not get 2 new young players.
So my question is, do every team make new players or do all the young players out there come from new people who just started playing the game.

Maybe you get some new players each season if you dump a lot of players i dunno but it might be a trick out there?

The best young players are the ones you have to pay Tokens for from your Academy, and there are many young players on the Transfer List of varying Quality/Price, generally the more pricy the better player.
