How to win free tokens in Android phone

I'm a topeleven player and play the game for 4 month in Android. Please advise how to win free token in Android Top eleven, I have two phones(Android & iPhone 4S), but I can't access the link to Token Wining by click the token icon, while iPhone can access the link and do servery or watch video to win free tokens(never test the free token link but at least it can be access:confused:)?

Do I have to login with facebook account before I access to the free token links?(currently I login the game without facebook account). Really need your suggestion, thanks!
