Yeah I'm having the same issue.
If you read the latest version description on the app store it says something about a new improved players screen where you can view career history. Maybe this is what the update is meant to be as I swear I don't have anything like that on my version currently.
Probably there's an update coming but the app store hasn't release it yet. Every season there's an update to change the "weight" of the formations....here we go again trying to find the best tactic...ahah

same issue here. App store has nothing. I assume in the next 24 hours we will have one
