If you opened the account with FB, it is tied to it. But you can pretty much close down your FB with privacy settings and just never log into FB again and use the main T11 site (Play Now - Top Eleven be a Football Manager) with that account.
Otherwise you can open a new team using the "Let me play" on a phone.
