Top Eleven Forum Competition.

Hello.

This is just in the preliminary stage, as I'd have to okay it with the admins first, but I'd like to see how much interest this gains.

Having come back to the forums after a lengthy absence, I have noticed that, in my opinion, the community seems to have diminished somewhat.

To fix this, and hopefully inject some more positive feeling into the forums, I would like to propose a competition, hosted by me, and possibly decided by you.

Prizes; This is the most tricky part, my initial idea was that I could purchase a Nordeus Gift card, and then hand this over to an admin for safe keeping until the winner(s) were decided, but after some research I have found that this wouldn't be possible, unless an exception was made.
I would like to contribute a £5 monthly prize, obviously this would have to be converted into a Nordeus Currency equivalent, but I think this should be perfectly within the Admin's power.

Competition Format; Probably the easiest, and I'd like this to be decided by us members; my initial ideas are:

1. A member of the month award - voted by members & moderators.
2. A football result prediction competition
3. A forum league? ( I understand we have done 35T leagues before, I would have to delegate this to another member to host as due to work commitments I wouldn't be able to host this daily.)
4. Football Quiz? (Google could make this slightly pointless)
5. Football Art.
6. Team awards - voted by members, in effect a competition for the most interesting team showcases.

Obviously I'd like your input on this, and also a admin opinion as to whether I could be allowed to host this, and make a prize available.

A forum league that sounds the best to me...I am in...
Probably a little change can be done...A forum league of 35 tokens...

I would prefer cash though rather than Tokens.

Also, can you contribute more as well? Maybe £50/month? That would really make it worth winning for each category.

I doubt the Admins would allow 'cash' prizes, plus it has to be Top Eleven related so I think tokens would suffice.

£50 would be a little too much for me to be sticking into the comp every month, as this is a game I play primarily for fun.

I think the more dificult to implement is the forum LEAGUE, because there is already the 35T LEAGUE, and based in what we see on that LEAGUE, Carl have a tought work there.

Lets see what the moderadors say to it.

I don't know about a forum league... Can never really be played fair, open and honest... Apparently there was some cheating believed to be occuring in both iterations of the 35T league (First and Second edition) but it's very difficult to detect and prove. The only way forward is if we were to run a league similar to the Indonesian "KPL" forum league.
